Return Policy

Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. No returns on sale items. Returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. Items with odors or animal hair may not be returned. Return shipping will be at the purchasers'expense unless incorrect items were shipped. Items that were special ordered will require a 15% restocking fee.

We will notify the buyer if items ordered are backordered and an expected date of shipment if known. Items are always sent as soon as available. It is the purchasers' responsibility to cancel an order prior to shipment if it is not desired. A 15% restocking fee will be added to any orders that are shipped and then canceled.
